Live in fourteen days, or month one is free.
Google profile rebuilt, review requests running, missed calls answered by text, first content published. Fourteen days from kickoff. If it is not done, you do not pay for the month.
What the fourteen days are
The first three days are questions. The clock runs from day one.
Access and audit
Google profile, current site, phone, listings. I find what is broken and write down what I am going to do about it.
Profile and plumbing
Profile rebuilt properly, review requests automated, missed calls answered by text, listings made consistent.
First content live
Posts published, reviews arriving, tracking in place, and a one page summary of what changed.
The clock pauses on anything Google or a phone carrier controls, profile verification and carrier registration for text messaging. Those days are not mine to promise, so I do not promise them.
01 / The filter
One question decides everything after it.
A bookstore clearing twelve dollars a sale needs a hundred and sixty seven extra sales a month to justify a two thousand dollar retainer. A furniture store clearing six hundred needs four. Identical work, completely different arithmetic.
So I ask what your average sale is worth before I quote you anything. If the number is small, I will say so and point you at the bottom tier or at someone cheaper than me. That conversation costs four minutes and saves us both a quarter of wasted spend.
What I will not do is sell a retainer that cannot pay for itself and then send you a report about impressions.
Two rules I work by. The website converts, the Google profile and local search drive. Anyone selling you a site as a traffic source is selling you the wrong thing.
02 / Monthly
Four tiers. Published prices.
Each one contains the one below it. Start where the math works and move up when it earns the move. Ad spend is always billed by the platform to your own card, never marked up through me.
The foundation, and the floor. Everything a local business needs working before content is worth spending money on.

03 / Which one
Which tier is yours.
One number decides it: the gross profit you keep on a typical sale. Not revenue, and not what the customer pays. What is left after you have paid for the thing you sold.
Set it and I will tell you where you belong, including when the answer is nowhere.

04 / One time
The website build.
Five to seven pages. Copy written for you, photography produced, real page speed, schema and canonicals set properly, wired to your Google profile, thirty days of edits after launch.
Why the discount is that big. A client on a monthly tier is worth far more to me than a one time build, so I would rather give up two thousand dollars once than hand over a website and never hear from you again. You are getting the honest reason, not a fake deadline.
05 / Next
Twenty minutes
Bring your average sale figure.
That one number and ten minutes of your Google profile is where we start. I will ask plenty more, and you should ask yours, because this only works if we are a fit both ways. By the end of the call you will know which tier suits you, or that none of them do. No deck and no follow up sequence.
